This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Ringoo, a product of Innovus LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

Ringoo is a cloud-based communication platform provided by Innovus LLC. All purchases, services, and transactions made through Ringoo are processed and fulfilled by Innovus LLC.

2. No Refunds on Used Credits

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once any portion of the credits has been used.

Credits are consumed when accessing services within the platform, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged after usage.

3. Unused Credits - 14-Day Refund Policy

Refunds for unused credits may be considered only under the following conditions:

  1. We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. Customers may request a refund within 14 days for eligible purchases made through Ringoo.
  2. The credits have not been used at all
  3. No services have been accessed using those credits

All refund requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.

4. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested within the 14-day period if a customer is not satisfied with the service. All refund requests are reviewed fairly based on the nature of the service and level of usage.

4. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly due to:

  2. Technical errors
  3. Unauthorized charges

Please contact us immediately. Verified cases may be eligible for a full refund.

5. Fraud, Abuse, or Policy Violations

We reserve the right to deny refunds if:

  1. The account is involved in fraudulent activity
  2. There is violation of our Terms of Service
  3. The platform is used for spam, abuse, or unauthorized purposes

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  1. Immediate suspension of your account
  2. Permanent restriction from using our services

We encourage users to contact our support team for resolution before initiating disputes.
