Failure to comply may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

Subscription and Billing

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period

  • RingoO offers subscription-based access, billed monthly or annually.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings in the app.

Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately and without notice if:

You breach these Terms
Compliance with these Terms ensures a safe and secure experience for all users, and violations disrupt the integrity of our platform.
Your usage poses security, legal, or operational risks
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if your usage of RingoO poses a security risk, violates legal obligations, or creates operational issues for us or other users
You use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes
If you are found using the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account and report such activities to the appropriate legal authorities.
We are required by law or regulatory authorities
In certain cases, RingoO may be required to take action, including suspending or terminating your account, if required by law or regulatory authorities.

Virtual Numbers & Call Features

  1. You may purchase virtual numbers through the app, subject to availability
  2. Virtual numbers are leased, not owned
  3. We may reclaim or replace a number due to regulatory, carrier, or fraud issues
  4. Call recording, voicemail, and caller ID features are for lawful use only

Payments & Subscriptions

  1. All payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways
  2. We do not issue refunds unless required by law

Service Availability

While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee 100% availability. Maintenance, carrier issues, or technical failures may occasionally interrupt service.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our app, you consent to our data practices as outlined in that policy.

Legal Compliance

You are responsible for complying with local telecom and data laws, including:

  1. Recording call laws in your jurisdiction
  2. Import/export controls for VoIP services
  3. Regulatory requirements for number use

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

  2. If required by law or a carrier partner
  3. In cases of suspected fraud or abuse

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
